Vegacart works for any Shopify merchant with a live store. As long as you have an active Shopify plan, you’re good to go. Since Vegacart is listed directly on the Shopify App Store, you can install it without needing to leave your dashboard.
Does the app sync with my store?
Yes, everything updates automatically. Your products, collections, inventory, pricing, images, and discounts are all synced in real time with your Shopify store. No manual work required.
How do I get started?
Just head over to the Shopify App Store and install Vegacart. Once added, you can start exploring the dashboard and previewing your mobile app instantly. You don’t need to commit to a plan until you're ready to launch.
How much does Vegacart cost?
Our plans are flexible and built to scale with your store. Since billing is handled through Shopify, you won’t need to enter your card details separately. The final cost depends on the plan you choose and is added to your Shopify invoice.
Note: To publish your app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, Apple charges a 99 dollar annual fee and Google charges a one-time 25 dollar fee.
What do I need to publish on the Apple App Store?
To launch your iOS app, here’s what you’ll need:

A registered business (like LLC, S-Corp, or equivalent in your country)

An Apple Developer Account (costs 99 dollars annually)
What about the Google Play Store?
To publish your Android app, all you need is a Google Play Developer Account. It’s a one-time fee of 25 dollars and you're set for life.
I already have an app. Can I move to Vegacart?
Yes, if you have an iOS app live, we can publish over it. For Android, you’ll need to launch a fresh app on the Play Store.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Since Vegacart uses your existing Shopify checkout, we support all payment gateways you’ve enabled in your store. There’s no extra integration needed.
Will my app show Vegacart branding?
No. Your app is completely branded for your store. Vegacart stays in the background so your brand is always front and center.
Can I use my current Shopify apps inside Vegacart?
We support a growing number of Shopify app integrations. Many tools you already use will work smoothly within your mobile app. Since Vegacart is a native Shopify app, you don’t need to add third-party connections separately.
What is a push notification?
Push notifications let you send real-time updates to your app users. From flash sales to product drops, it’s a direct line to your customers’ phones.
How do I send push notifications?
You can send unlimited push notifications straight from the Vegacart dashboard. It’s as easy as writing a message and hitting send.
How will my customers find my app?
Once your app is live, it will be available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can promote it through your website, social channels, email campaigns, or by adding app banners in your store.
Can I track how my app is performing?
Yes. The Vegacart dashboard includes built-in analytics to help you track installs, sessions, revenue, and more. We also support integrations with tools like Firebase and Facebook SDK if you need deeper insights.
Does Vegacart support multiple currencies?
Right now, your app will reflect the same currency settings you’ve enabled in your Shopify store. Multi-currency is something we’re actively exploring.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from within the Vegacart settings tab. Any changes you make will be billed directly through Shopify, and you’ll only be charged the pro-rated amount.
