Requirements
To integrate Bon Loyalty, you need the following:
- App token
- Rewards web URL
- Your balance label
- Display loyalty type
- Hide tiered points slider
- Hide tiered points slider copy
- Custom banner
- Description
- Share message
- Referral
How to get credentials
To get your app token, you need to contact the Bon Loyalty customer support team.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Google form shared by Bon Loyalty support - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeVSe2m8DNMnbFgikZYEC1JnWju6oIggMI5FrDgQ_AOHIFmvw/viewform
- Fill in the required details
- Submit the form
- Wait for the Bon Loyalty team to share your app token
Provider settings explanation
App token
This is used to connect Bon Loyalty with the app.
Rewards web URL
This is used to show an informative page inside the mobile app. For example if the store owner has created a page explaining how customers can earn more rewards that page URL can be added here.
Your balance label
This is the label shown for the customer’s reward balance. Example: My Balance: 500
Display loyalty type
This decides how the loyalty program is shown in the app. You can choose:
Point
Used when the program is based on points such as 100 points or 150 points
Tier
Used when the program is based on membership levels
Hide tiered points slider
Use this setting to show or hide the tiered points slider.
Hide tiered points slider copy
Use this setting to control the supporting text shown with the tiered points slider.
Custom banner
You can add your own custom banner to match your branding or promotional campaign.
Description
This is used to show additional information about the loyalty program.
Share message
This is the message used when customers share the loyalty or referral program.
Referral
You can enable or disable the referral option based on your preference.
