How to Connect LoyaltyLion + Vegacart

Requirements:

  • An active LoyaltyLion subscription (Classic plan or higher)

  • Access to your LoyaltyLion API credentials

Steps:

  • Log into your LoyaltyLion dashboard.

  • Locate your account credentials:
    - Username
    - Password
    - Secret
    - Token
    - Rewards Web URL (your store’s dedicated rewards page)

  • In the Vegacart Dashboard, go to Settings → LoyaltyLion.

  • Enter all the required credentials in their respective fields.

  • Configure your display and customization options:

Your Balance Label – Set how the reward balance appears to users.

Display Loyalty Type – Choose whether to show total points or tier names.

Hide Tiered Points Slider – Toggle ON/OFF to show or hide the tier progress slider.

Hide Tiered Points Slider Copy – Toggle ON/OFF to hide any descriptive text under the slider.

Custom Banner – Upload a branded banner for the Loyalty User Account View and Redemption View.

Referral Program Description – Write a message encouraging customers to refer friends.

Referral Share Message – Set the default message customers will share with their contacts.

Show/Hide Referrals – Enable or disable the referral section in-app.

Click Save & Enable to activate the integration.
