AUTOMATE YOUR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS WITH EASE

When you click on the Push Notification section, you'll see several tabs at the top like:

Let’s focus on the Automation tab.

1. Abandoned Cart Notification
This helps you bring back users who left items in their cart without completing the purchase.
You can choose to send up to three notifications based on your strategy.

For each notification:
Choose how many hours after abandonment it should be sent
For example: First message after 5 hours, second after 10 hours and third after 24 hours
Add a custom title and message for each notification
This is fully customizable so you can create the right flow to recover lost sales.

2. Welcome Notification for New Users

This automation sends a warm welcome to new users who install your app.
You can set:

When the message should be sent – in minutes, hours, or days after they install

A custom message and image
The destination screen – like homepage, collection, or any custom page inside the app

It’s a great way to introduce your brand and guide users from the first touchpoint.
3. Back in Stock Notification

Whenever a product is out of stock, users can tap “Notify Me” on the product page.
Once the product is back in stock, this automation will automatically trigger a push notification to those users.
You can set a fixed message and let the app do the rest. It’s hands-free and effective.

4. New Arrivals Notification

This automation notifies users whenever a new product or collection is added.
As soon as you publish something new, the push notification is triggered and sent to your users. This keeps your app users in the loop about your latest launches.
5. Re-engage Customer Notification

This feature uses Vegacarts' AI-powered analytics to identify inactive users who haven't engaged with your app in a while.
You can:

Add a message and image

Set a destination page where you want users to land

It helps you win back users automatically and bring them back to shopping.
