Refund Policy

GrootApps operates as a software-as-a-service platform with monthly subscription billing. Your first payment is charged on the day your subscription begins, unless you’re on a trial plan with a specified free period.

Once your trial ends, we do not offer automatic refunds.

However, if you believe there’s a valid reason for a refund, you can request one by emailing us at support@vegacart.io. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund — we review each case individually and consider the following:

  • How actively you engaged with the platform after signing up

  • Any past communication or documents you’ve shared with us

  • Any unique circumstances detailed in your refund request

To apply, email us with your reason and any relevant correspondence or screenshots that support your case. We’ll get back to you as soon as we’ve reviewed everything.
