Updated 1 month agoThe FAQ section helps you answer common questions directly inside your app. It’s a great way to reduce confusion, build trust, and give users quick clarity without leaving the app.
Under the “Settings” tab,
Header Title
Use the eye icon to enable or disable the header.
This acts as the main title for your FAQ section and introduces the content to users.
Customization Options:

Text – Add a title like “Frequently Asked Questions” or “Need Help?”

Font – Choose a font that matches your brand

Size/Weight – Adjust how bold or prominent the title appears

Line Height – Control spacing between lines
-
Letter Spacing – Fine tune spacing between characters

Text Color – Choose a color that stands out clearly

Alignment – Position the text (left, center, or right)

Capitalization – Set how the text appears
Text Content
This controls how your questions and answers appear.
Question Styling:

Icon Settings
Customize how the FAQ expands and collapses.

Open Icon – Choose or upload the icon shown when the FAQ is expanded

Closed Icon – Choose or upload the icon shown when the FAQ is collapsed

Icon Color – Set a color that matches your design
FAQ Settings
Layout Settings:

Spacing Between Items – Control the gap between each FAQ
FAQ Background:

Color – Set the background color for each FAQ item

Radius – Adjust corner roundness

Padding – Control inner spacing
FAQ Border:

Color – Choose border color
-
Width – Adjust thickness

Sides – Select which sides should display the border

This controls the overall layout of the FAQ section.
Background:

Color – Set the section background color

Margin – Manage spacing outside the section

Width – Adjust thickness

Sides – Select which sides should display the border
Content
In the content tab, you can add and manage your FAQ items.
For each question, you can:

Enable or Disable – Show or hide specific FAQs using the toggle

Edit Question – Add or update the question text

Add Answer – Provide a clear and helpful answer

Delete – Remove any FAQ you no longer need
